Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used tack or grooming products) may not be eligible for return. Please contact us to confirm eligibility before sending an item back.

How to Start a Return

Email ecavallogear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
